My order was canceled but why were funds still deducted from my bank account?
In the event of your order refunded or canceled, It may take 7-21 business days based on your credit card issuer’s policies for funds to be available back in your account.
There is something missing/ defective/ not what I ordered. What should I do?
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact us and raise a return request and follow directions as instructed. (Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email [email protected] for assistance.)
Can I exchange it for a different size/ item?
Yes, we do accept exchanges. If you find it not working right for you we can exchange it for you if the size/item you requested is available, you can email us for more detailed information.
Can my order be delivered internationally?
International ordering through cypresslabel.com is currently unavailable while we work on enhancing the international ordering process. International ordering will be available soon.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses. However, we DO ship to PO boxes. We’ll be working on military addresses in the near future.
I never received my order. What should I do?
If our site’s tracking says your order was delivered but you still haven’t received it, look up your tracking number on the USPS site for confirmation.
If the carrier site’s tracking also says your order was delivered, try checking with your neighbors and looking outside your home to see if it’s hidden somewhere. If you can’t find it, email us with your original shipping address and an alternate shipping address so we can send a replacement.
If the carrier site’s tracking hasn’t been updated for several days, email us with your original shipping address so we can look into it and send a replacement if necessary.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order ships, we can’t make any changes to it, including to the shipping address.
If you reach out to us via our email address at [email protected], we may be able to cancel your order for you. On Monday to Saturday, orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed, so we can’t guarantee your order will be canceled.
I didn’t receive my order/shipping confirmation email
You should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email within 2-3 business days after being processed. The exceptions are orders placed during a weekend, which may not ship until the following Monday.
If you don’t receive either email within those timeframes:
Start by checking your spam folder.
If you use multiple email addresses, make sure you’re checking the right inbox.

Where is my order?
We get it—not receiving your order on time can be frustrating. So let’s find it.
When your order left our warehouse, you received a shipping confirmation email that included a tracking number with USPS. Click the tracking number for an update of your order status.
The USPS system can be a bit delayed, so for more up-to-the-minute information, please allow 2-3 business days so that it will be fully updated.
If your order has been marked as delivered but you still haven’t received it, contact us and we’ll track it down or send a replacement.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately at this time we do not. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
